Payments for Say It Send It are processed by Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record. This means your purchase is technically made with Paddle, and their Buyer Terms apply to your transaction alongside these terms.

30-day money back

If you're not happy within the first 30 days of your first subscription, email us at [email protected] and we'll issue a full refund, no questions asked. This applies to your first subscription only.

After 30 days

Once the 30-day window has passed, you can cancel at any time. Your subscription won't renew and you won't be charged again. You keep full access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle, and that's it. No partial refunds for the remaining time.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your account email and a brief reason. We'll respond within 2 business days. Refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
